Alcohol-free calming toner with Asian centella PURITO Centella Green Level Calming Toner helps restore normal moisture levels in epidermal cells, eliminates dryness and dehydration, disinfects and relieves redness. Moisturizing toner does not dry or irritate at all; it forms a protective barrier on the surface of the epidermis that prevents moisture loss. Effectively affects sensitive and dry skin, eliminates flaking and a feeling of tightness, has a calming effect and accelerates the healing of inflammation. Strengthens blood vessels and reduces the severity of rosacea. The product consists of 10% Asian centella extract, in addition it contains witch hazel extract and panthenol, which do an excellent job with irritation, dryness and redness. Strengthen the protective functions of the epidermis, restore normal moisture levels in cells and have a calming and disinfecting effect. The toner has a fresh natural herbaceous aroma and a light watery consistency. Suitable for application using the layering technique to restore normal moisture levels and prevent dehydration. 99% of the composition of the product has a safety level of 1 and 2 EWG (Environmental Working Group). Suitable for dry and sensitive skin. Directions for use: Apply the required amount of toner to the skin using gentle patting movements.
